1.) Access Rights for Custom Field Creation
Users need to be assigned to the âUser Custom Fieldâ group to create custom fields. This ensures that only authorized users can modify user data, maintaining security while enabling customization.

The Create Field button launches a popup form where users can enter all necessary details for a new field.
