1) App Installation:

Locate and install the "eg_hospital_management" application from the Apps menu.

Navigation : Apps ➡ Apps ➡ Search for "eg_hospital_management"

2) Access Settings:

Assign access rights to users after installing the app to enable the Hospital Management menu.

Navigation : Settings ➡ Users & Companies ➡ User ➡ Access Rights

3) Hospital Building view:

Here user can see the Hospital Building from where user can create the hospital which include the details of the building like hospital name, Code, Floors, Rooms, Beds.

4) Create Building pop-up view:

After clicking the button you can see the pop-up box for Create Buildings. where user can add the details for the Room Type, Floor Numbers, Room Numbers, Bed Numbers.

5) Users view:

Hospital Management person have to assign the hospital to the appropriate person from the Users view, after assignment the that user can see the details related to the assigned hospital.

Note : If User is group admin then he can access multiple hospitals by assigning multiple hospital. If user has any other group (Doctor, Management) then he can access only one hospital.

6) User Error view:

If the user has not group of Admin and admin try to assign more than one hospital to that user then error will raise as below .

7) Hospital Building view:

Here user can see the Hospital Building under the Hospital menu with the record of Code, Rooms, Beds, Floors and Hospital names.

8) Hospital Doctors view:

Here user can see the Doctors under the Configuration menu. Also, for selecting the doctor in the patient details, First you have to register the doctor. Fill all the details of doctors and click on "Doctor Joining" Button. Same as the doctor user also can register the 'Physician' under the configuration -> Physician Ward.

9) Medicine Store view:

From Medicine store user can add Medicine records with details. That Medicine will be suggested in patient details care plan Tab.

10) Operation Theater view:

Here for the new 'Operation Theater' user have to click on the CREATE button under the operation theater list view. fill all the details and save the record, when the OT is engaged the state will show 'Engaged' and patient name whom treatment is currently running. When it's available, the state changed into Available.

11) Patient Details view with OT option:

If patient needs operation, Select Operation Theater and click on "SEND TO OT" button. After clicked the OT will engaged and Patient’s name was displayed in OT view until they got discharged from OT.

12) Operation Theater view:

Here user can see the patient name in the operation theater with the name of nurse and doctor, who consult the patient. when the patient get discharge from OT then user click on the Discharge button. after the patient get discharge OT state will changed into available.

13) Nurse Ward view:

Here user can see the nurse ward under the configuration, where user can see the nurse record and can create the record for the nurse from the CRATE button.

14) Admission Checklist view:

This admission checklist means Questions that would be verified before patients admission. Create that list of questions which would you like to verified with patient before admission. user can create the list with CREATE button.

15) Pre-ward Checklist view:

Here per ward checklist shows the things in room that should get done before the new patient get that room. like room cleaning, bed prepare etc. user can create the list item with the CREATE button.

16) Patient Details view with Need Physician:

If Patient needs Physician, Then we have option of physician you just have to tick the Boolean (Need Physician), And you will see the Physician tab. Select Physician and fill other details.

17) Patient Details:

For creating patient record click on Patient details menu, then create a new record, After that Select Disease and doctor which would you like to consult.(if patient needs to admit, then tick the Boolean (Need to admit). And select Floor, Room, Bed. And Click on Admit button, Your Record will be save).

18) Patient Details view with Clinical Assessment view:

Here under the patient detail's user can find the tab for the clinical assessment which include the normal details of patient like Age, Weight, Height, BP etc.

19) Patient Details view with Check List:

Checklist of pre-ward and admission both are display in "Checklist" tab in patient details. When you verify things select record, you will see one circle in right side which indicates the progress of checklist in percentage.

20) Patient Details view with Care Plan:

Here in the Care Plan under the patient details, select the nurse, and select the medicine , dosage, dosage time, dosage days. When you select the medicines the total of medicines will be display below the table.

21) Discharge Summery:

When the patient is about to discharge, doctor write a summery about patient, for this we have a tab "Discharge Summery" under the patient detail's menu. Where doctor can write a notes about patient.

22) Patient Details view with Legal Details:

Legal details means, if any accident occurred, any fight happened then police case was necessary. We have a tab "Legal details" in this tab you can see a Boolean "Legal Case?" if yes then select the Boolean, after selecting the Boolean you see new field "Reported to police?" if yes then write FRI no. If No then give reason why not reported?

23) Patient Details view with DEAD case:

Unfortunately the patient was dead, we have a tab Death case add reason of death. And click on button DEAD. After that patient's Bed, and their room's state was changed into available. And time was noted at the time of clicking button.

24) Death Register view:

When user clicked on DEAD button. The death record will be created in Death Register, with patient name, death reason, Death time, Room no, Age and patient's Disease.
