Merge Sale Order
This module allows users to Merge Sale Orders and it should be two or more than two which are in Quotations/Draft state.

Smart Quotation Merging
This feature allows users to seamlessly merge two or more quotations into a single sale order, simplifying order management. It works specifically for quotations in draft state, ensuring data consistency and avoiding conflicts with confirmed orders.
Flexible Merge Options
Users can choose from multiple merge types depending on their business needs, such as keeping original orders unchanged, canceling them, or deleting them after merging. This flexibility ensures that different operational scenarios are covered without manual adjustments.
Customer-Based Merge Control
The system intelligently handles customer selection during the merge process, ensuring accuracy and preventing errors. For certain merge types, it enforces the same customer requirement, while for others it allows creating a new sale order with a different customer.

1.) Merge Sale Order Action
Select the two or more Quotations and Go to the âActionâ tab and select âMerge Quotationsâ from the dropdown menu.
2.) Merge Types
When you click on âMerge Quotationsâ a popup will open and here, you will be asked to select the Merge Types.
Sale Order Merge Types:
1. Create a new Sale Order and No action to old selected orders.
2. Create a new Sale Order and Cancel all selected sale orders.
3. Create a new Sale Order and Delete all selected sale orders.
In type 2 and 3 you can only merge the quotations if the customer is the same.
And in type 1 you can select any customer as remaining selected orders to remain as it is.
3.) Merge Sale Order Warnings
You have to select at least two Quotations for merge otherwise it will show you the warning message.
4.) . Warning & Validation Screen
And if you select the merge type 2 or 3 then the customer remain same otherwise it will show you the warning message.

You have to select the Quotation/Draft state Sale Order otherwise it will show you the warning message.
