Email Notification - Purchase Order

General Settings for Notifications:
Easily enable or disable email notifications for purchase orders. Configure notifications for creation, confirmation, or both, set custom email templates, and define recipients like vendors or purchase representatives.
Purchase Order Email Notifications:
When a purchase order is created or confirmed, an email is automatically sent to the configured recipients.

1) Purchase Order Notification Settings:
This screen lets users enable/disable email notifications for purchase orders, set when to send them (on creation or confirmation), choose email templates, and define recipients like vendors or purchase representatives.
Navigation : General Settings ➡ Employees
2) Email Notification on Creation:
This screen shows the creation of a purchase order. Once created, an email is automatically sent based on the notification settings configured, such as recipients and templates

3) Order Notification:
This screen displays the list of emails sent when a new purchase order is created, as defined in the notification settings.
4) Notification Recipient:
This screen shows the email sent to the recipient specified in the notification settings for purchase orders.
5) Vendor Notification:
This screen shows the email sent to the vendor when the vendor notification setting is enabled in the configuration.
6) Purchase Representative Notification:
This screen displays the email sent to the purchase representative when the corresponding notification setting is enabled.
7) Email on Confirmation:
This screen shows that when a purchase order is confirmed, an email is automatically sent based on the configured settings.
8) Confirmation Notification:
This screen displays the list of emails sent when an order is confirmed, directed to recipients specified in the notification settings.
9) Defined Notification Recipient:
This screen shows the email sent to the recipient specified in the notification email settings for purchase orders.
