QR Code Digital Receipt
Generate a secure QR code on the POS receipt after payment is completed. Customers can scan the QR code from their mobile device and open the digital receipt instantly without asking for a printed copy.
Email Receipt from POS
Cashiers can send the digital receipt directly to the customerâs email from the POS payment screen. The email confirmation popup allows the cashier to check or update the customer email before sending.
Online Receipt Page
Customers get a clean online receipt page with order details, product lines, taxes, total amount, and receipt message. They can also download the PDF receipt whenever they need it for records or accounting.
Customer Rating and Feedback
The digital receipt page allows customers to submit a star rating and add a short comment about their shopping experience. This helps the business collect useful feedback after each POS sale.

1.) Enable Digital Receipt App
The Digital Receipt option is available under the INKERP settings section. Admin users can enable the app from here before using the digital receipt features in Point of Sale. This keeps the feature easy to activate and manage from one central place.
2.)Digital Receipt Configuration in POS Settings
All receipt options are available inside the Point of Sale settings. Users can enable QR code on receipt, allow email delivery, ask customers for ratings, and set a custom receipt message. These options help businesses control how digital receipts are shared with customers.
3.) QR Code on POS Receipt
After payment is completed, the POS receipt includes a Digital Receipt section with a QR code. Customers can scan the QR code to open their receipt online without needing a printed copy. The configured receipt message is also displayed below the QR code.
4.) Email Digital Receipt Button
The payment success screen includes an Email Digital Receipt button. Cashiers can use this option to send the receipt directly to the customer by email without leaving the POS interface. It makes the checkout process faster and more convenient.
5.) Customer Email Confirmation Popup
Before sending the receipt, a popup opens with the customer email address. The cashier can confirm or update the email before sending. This helps avoid wrong email delivery and gives the cashier full control before the receipt is sent.
6.) Digital Receipt Email Record
The email record stores the digital receipt email sent from the POS order. It includes the subject, sender, customer email, receipt message, order reference, total amount, and a link to view the digital receipt. Users can also review delivery status and retry if the email fails.
7.) Open and Copy Receipt Link
The POS screen provides an Open Receipt button and a copy link option. The cashier can open the receipt page directly or copy the secure receipt link to share it manually with the customer through any preferred channel.
8.) Online Digital Receipt Page
The customer receipt page displays the order in a clean and simple layout. It includes company branding, order number, date, product lines, taxes, total amount, custom message, and a Download PDF Receipt button. Customers can easily access their receipt anytime using the secure link.
9.) Customer Rating and Comment
The digital receipt page includes a customer rating section. Customers can select a star rating and add an optional comment about their experience. This helps the business collect useful feedback after every POS sale.
10.) Digital Receipt Details on POS Order
A dedicated Digital Receipt section is added to the backend POS order form. It stores the customer email, sent date, rating, rating date, rating comment, and receipt token. Backend users can quickly check whether the receipt was sent and review customer feedback from the same order.
