This feature allows you to set minimum and maximum selling prices for each product in POS. It ensures that every product is sold within a safe and predefined price range. This helps businesses maintain consistent pricing and avoid unexpected losses due to incorrect pricing.
Real-Time Price Alerts in POS
The system provides instant alerts when a cashier enters a price outside the allowed range. These alerts appear during the sales process so mistakes can be corrected immediately.

1.) Enable POS Min/Max Pricing
Activate price limits for POS to control how low or high products can be sold. This helps protect profit margins and keeps pricing consistent. Once enabled, products can be assigned their own price ranges.

2.) Configure POS Price Control
Turn on the minimumâmaximum price feature for your POS. This ensures every sale follows the defined price rules. It reduces pricing mistakes and improves control over transactions.

3.) Define Product Price Range
Assign a minimum and maximum selling price to a product. These limits guide how the item can be priced during sales. It keeps pricing standardized and avoids unexpected changes.

4.) Minimum Price Warning
A warning appears when the entered price is lower than the allowed minimum price. It informs the user that the price must be increased to meet the set limit. This helps prevent selling below the approved rate and protects business margins.
5.) Maximum Price Warning
A warning appears when the entered price is higher than the allowed maximum price. It tells the user to reduce the price so it stays within the permitted range. This ensures fair pricing and avoids overcharging.
6.) Restriction Configuration
Restriction configuration allows strict control over product pricing in the POS. When enabled, it prevents completing a sale if the entered price is lower than the minimum or higher than the maximum limit.

7.) Restriction Message
