Rule-Based Receipt Promo Messages
Create promotional receipt messages based on different business conditions such as completed sales, new customers, order count, products, categories, and date range. This helps print the right message on the right receipt without manual work.
Multiple Promotion Rule Types
The app supports several useful rule types, including every completed sale, new customer, every Nth order, first N customers, specific products, POS categories, and date-based offers. This gives businesses flexibility to run different types of receipt marketing campaigns.
POS Configuration Wise Message Control
Users can assign receipt promo messages to selected POS configurations. This is useful when a business has multiple shops or POS counters and wants different promotional messages for each location.
Product and Category Based Promotions
Promotional messages can be printed only when selected products or POS categories are included in the order. This is useful for cross-selling, product awareness, bundle offers, and category-specific campaigns.

1.) Receipt Promo Messages Menu
The app adds a dedicated POS Promo Messages menu under Point of Sale. From this screen, users can create and manage all receipt promotion rules in one place, making it easy to organize different offers and messages.
2.) Thank You Message Rule
A simple thank-you message can be configured for every completed sale. This is useful for printing friendly customer appreciation notes on receipts and encouraging customers to visit again.
3.) Rule Type Selection
The rule type dropdown provides multiple promotion conditions for receipt messages. Users can choose when a message should print, such as for a new customer, every completed sale, order count, product, category, or date range.
4.) Every Nth Order Promotion
The Every Nth Order in Session rule allows a message to print after a defined number of orders, such as every 5th order. This is helpful for lucky customer campaigns or reward-based store promotions.
5.) First N Customers Offer
The First N Customers in Session rule is useful for early bird offers. Businesses can print special messages for the first few customers of the day or session to promote limited-time benefits.
6.) Specific Product Promotion
Promo messages can be linked with selected products. When those products are included in the POS order, the related message prints on the receipt, helping promote product-specific offers or instructions.
7.) POS Category Promotion
Users can configure messages based on POS product categories. This is helpful for category-level offers, such as chair promotions, food category offers, seasonal collections, or product group campaigns.
8.) Date Range Promotion
The date range rule allows promotional messages to print only during a selected period. This is useful for holiday offers, weekend discounts, festival campaigns, and limited-time promotions.
9.) Receipt Promo Messages in POS Configuration
Promo messages can be assigned directly inside the POS configuration popup. Users can select multiple receipt promo rules for a POS shop and open the management screen from the same area when needed.
10.) Promo Messages Printed on POS Receipt
After payment is completed, the matching promotional messages appear on the POS receipt. Multiple matched rules are printed neatly with their message titles and descriptions, giving customers useful offers and information after purchase.
