Smart Audio & Visual Notifications
To ensure that no website order goes unnoticed, the system provides both visual Notification alerts and customizable notification sounds inside the POS interface. The audio alert immediately grabs the attention of the cashier even when they are handling in-store customers, while the Notification displays important order information such as order reference.
Seamless Website & POS Synchronization
The application creates a smooth connection between the eCommerce website and the Point of Sale system using Odoo real-time websocket bus service. Orders placed online are synchronized instantly with active POS sessions, enabling store staff to begin preparing pickup or delivery orders without delay.
