1.) Send WhatsApp Message from Contact
A contact record is enhanced with a simple workflow to enable instant communication. After entering and saving a mobile number, a dedicated WhatsApp icon becomes available, allowing users to initiate a message directly from the contact profile.
2.) WhatsApp Redirection with Pre-Filled Message
Clicking the WhatsApp icon opens WhatsApp with a ready-to-send draft message, ensuring a smooth transition from the system to the messaging platform.
