HR can automate the yearly or periodic granting of leave balances.
Allocations can be customized per employee, department, or job position.
The system ensures that employees have the correct leave entitlements before requesting time
off.
Scheduled allocations help maintain accurate records for payroll, attendance, and compliance
reporting.

Employee Profile Information Requirement
Each employee profile must include basic details such as name, contact information, work phone, and employee code. The Work Phone and Employee Code fields are mandatory to ensure accurate identification and communication within the system.


Employee Time-Off Portal Access
Once logged in, employees can:
View their available leave balances
Submit new time-off requests
Track the status of pending or approved leaves
This self-service portal allows employees to manage their leave information easily without
requiring a standard Odoo user account, while HR and management retain full control over
approvals and configurations.


Requesting and Managing Employee Time-Off
To request leave, employees can click on the “Request Leave” button within the Employee
Time-Off Portal.
A popup window will appear where the employee can select the leave dates,choose the leave
type, and enter the reason for the request.
After submitting the request:
A confirmation alert will appear, confirming that the request has been successfully
submitted.
The HR or Administrator will then review and approve or reject the leave request based on
company policy.
Once the request is approved, the system will automatically update the employee’s available
leave balance.




Employee Time-Off Dashboard Overview
The Employee Time-Off Dashboard shows each employee’s total, used, and remaining leave balances for all leave types. Employees can easily request new leave using the “Request Leave” button. Pending requests and approval statuses are clearly visible. This portal helps employees track and manage their time-off efficiently.
