Employee Time-Off Management via Portal & User Access

secure leave management solution that enables employees to access their time-off details,
view available balances, and request leave directly - without requiring individual Odoo user
accounts.
Employees can log in using their Employee Code as a username and Mobile Number as a password. The
system offers an interactive dashboard for tracking
leave balances and request statuses, while HR and management retain full control over approvals and
configuration.

- Allocations Must be validate From Date and To Date.
- The system ensures that employees have the correct leave entitlements before requesting time off

Employee Profile Information Requirement
Each employee profile must include basic details such as name, contact information, work phone, and employee code. The Work Phone and Employee Code fields are mandatory to ensure accurate identification and communication within the system.
Employee Time-Off Portal Access
Once logged in, employees can view their available leave balances, submit new time-off requests, and track the status of pending or approved leaves. This self-service portal allows employees to manage their leave information easily without requiring a standard Odoo user account.
Requesting and Managing Employee Time-Off
