The user can choose to accept or refuse the document request right there.

Question about State
Hello sir/madam,
I have requested a document, the state is 'Requested'. I have uploaded the requested document but the state did not change.
When requesting the document, when does the state change to 'Accepted'?

From the customer account, you can approve or reject the request. Following this, the requested document's status will change.
To alter the state, we have also updated the backend. The "Approve" button allows you to accept the request and upload the required file.
