Requirements
- Odoo 19.0 or higher
- web module (included in Odoo)
- base_setup module (included in Odoo)
Installation Steps
- Copy the module to your Odoo addons directory
- Update the apps list in Odoo
- Search for "Auto Logout" in Apps
- Click Install
- Configure timeout settings in Settings
Configuration
Setting Up Auto Logout
- Go to Settings > Session Management
- Enable "Enable Auto Logout" toggle
- Set "Idle Timeout (minutes)" - recommended: 30-60 minutes
- Set "Warning Time (seconds)" - recommended: 60 seconds
- Save the settings
