The Export Product Data with Images module enables users to generate .xlsx files for products using the product of the company's in Odoo. It supports exporting data for single or multiple products, including essential details such as product images and key attributes. 1. Install Export Product Data with Images App

Install Export Product Data with Images App From Apps.

2. Navigating to the Products

Go to Home Menu > Sales > Products > Products

Go to the Sales menu, then select Products under the Product Menu, where you can view all products.

3. Configuring and Selecting Products

Products > List View

Here, open the Products module to view all available products. First, configure the product list in List View Mode, then select the products you want to export into an .xlsx report file.

4. Exporting Selected Products

Select Products > Actions > Export Products

After selecting the desired single or multiple products, go to the Actions menu and choose the Export Products option to generate the .xlsx report file through the few clicks.

5. Export Products Images

Here, After select the Export Product options, a wizard will open where you can select your desired options. If you want to generate the .xlsx file with only the selected product images, click the Export Product Img button.

6. Download Product Images

Here, After clicking the Export Product Img button, all images of the selected products will be exported, and the .xlsx file will be downloaded. You can then open the file to view the product images report.

7. Exporting Full Product Data with Images

Here, On the Export Product wizard, if you want to generate an .xlsx file containing all data and images of the selected products, click the Export Product Data button.

8. Download Complete Products Data

Here, After clicking the Export Product Data button, all selected product details along with images will be exported, and the .xlsx file will be downloaded. You can then open the file to view the complete product data report.

Ans. Yes, the module supports exporting both single and multiple products in one Excel file.

Ans. The exported file includes product name, description, price, Barcode, Reference, category, and product images, along with other key attributes.

4. How can I generate the product Excel file?

Ans. You can select products from the Odoo product list view or form view and click the export to Excel button to generate the file.
