Do you have multiple POS locations? You don’t know which location you should choose? don’t worry! Techulta has developed an app that will help cashiers/users to easily identify the best location with available product quantity.
In addition to this feature, the cashier/user can also know the available quantity of alternate location so that they can request picking in an emergency to that alternate POS location.

FAQs - Location Wise Picking Generation : After order, payment and invoice it will generate location wise picking for each product/orderline.it may be one or more than one.
- Delete button : If user don't want to deselect the previous selection, user can simply discard the selected location.
- Other location Information : Users will be able to see the alternate product location with available quantity inside the popup window.
- Multi-location selection : If the user want to select different location for different orderlines then he/she can simply select the location from the popup window.
- Easy configuration : Configuration is very simple, you just need to activate Storage Location in inventory --> setting.
- Time Savings : User can see the available product quantities in locations, so he/she doesn't need to spend more time in searching product in different places.
- Available in Enterprise as well as Community
1. Location Configuration.
To access the location we have to First enable Storage location from Inventory → configuration→setting → storage location.
2. Product Location Button
Now you have to select products in POS, once you select products, a small icon will display under each product line by which you can select location.
3. Location Selection
After Clicking on the location button, a popup will open.
Popup will show the locations and their quantity which is available
in this pos for the selected Orderline product.And you can select
any one location from these location.
Apart from these POS locations, users can also see the quantities of that product in any other location which is available in other POS. And that other POS location is only readable not selectable.
4. Location Set or Remove
After selection of the location user can see location under the product name which is set on the orderline.
If the user has selected the wrong location then he/she can remove the selected location by clicking on the cross icon and can select another location.
5. Location Set In Backend
After payment of that order, user can see the selected location inside POS → Orders
You can see in the given image that for product “Acoustic bloc screens” we have selected “WH/Stock/Shelf1” and we have not selected any location for product “Flip Over” and “cabinet with door” so the system has taken “WH/stock” as a default location because we have selected it as a default source location.
6. Picking Generate
In Picking 2 user can see his/her selected location during POS order.
7. Picking 1
After Generating Picking users can see the picking and source location.
In this picking, Source location is the default POS location because the user had not selected any location during order.
8. Picking 2
User can see the another picking and the source location.
In this picking source location is the other location which is selected by User.
