Return Order Management (ROM)
Return Order Management is a module which allows you to manage your returns easily. You can set up different actions when customer place a return request. For example, if you sell products online, you might want to offer customers the option to exchange their items or get them repaired, or you give a refund of that product. So this module provides full functionality of return order management.
