Customer Signature / Sign on Ticket on Portal Odoo App
This module allows your customers to sign on a helpdesk support ticket on the portal of your website.
Main Features:
- Allow your customer to sign on a ticket & view sign on ticket form on frontend.
- Your support team can send signature requests from the ticket form in the backend.
- Customers will get mail for signature requests and can do signatures on tickets on the website portal.
- Once a customer signs on a ticket they will get a response and thank you mail from the system.
- Customers can view signatures on the portal website on ticket form.
- This module is only compatible with the Odoo community edition.
