Overview
Automation is an implementation factor for a successful ERP. Using this module, HR attendance can be automated via integrating Thumb / Face detection device with Odoo. One can configure a user both from thumbing device or Odoo employee form.

Biometric Device Configuration
Here you can configure your all devices with it's IP address and port number.
Download Device Attendance Log
After configuration, you can download your device attendance log into Odoo through 'Download' button.If the device is connected, then the Odoo will download all device attendance log. Otherwise, the Odoo will display you a warning message as follow.
Clear Device Attendance Log
You can also clear all attendance log from both Odoo and device via 'Clear' button. If the device is not connected it will display you a warning message as follow.
Biometric Device Attendance Log
Here you can see all device attendance log.
HR Attendance
Here, Odoo automatically generates HR attendance log while downloading the device attendance.
Employee Configuration
You can update existing employees with the 'Device Id' which are the id in the biometric device. If there is no match with the biometric device id then system will automatically create corresponding employee.

i can't make it work, it has errors
i achieved the communication with the device, but doesn's download any data.
and the attendance menu of the hr_attendance module fails when i install this module, when i uninstall it works again.
i try to reach cybrosys for support but no success yet.

ZKteco RFID device compatibility (not biometric device)
Hello, could you confirm compatibility with one of the three devices in the link below, to implement the solution without a biometric system?
(We need RFID or RFID+PIN keyboard)

Currently, we have successfully tested only ZKteco model 'uFace 202' & ZKteco model 'iFace990' devices in our apps.
Other devices are not tested from our side. Perhaps it will be compatible with other device models.
Device connection
i was able to test it local using docker, but it was not able to make it work with odoo.sh using dynamic ID ex: test.dyndns.org is there any Guide on setting the device or connection to work with the module thank. and thank you very much for you help.
Module setup
Does the module work with the device directly. it needs the biotime software to function

Need to do the download date manually everyday to fetch attendance in odoo attendance

There's no need to download the data manually, as it will be automatically fetched. A cron job is set to run every 10 minutes for this purpose. If you wish to adjust the execution time, you can do so by navigating to General Settings -> Technical -> Scheduled Actions -> Download Data (Scheduled Action Name)-> Execution Time. Additionally, please review the Next Execution Date.
