Internal Transfer Receiver Validation

When there are multiple warehouse / locations and different person manage those location. One location stock keeper can request for stock from another location but only the authorised person can validate the internal transfer

Select responsible users for selected location.
Wait for receiver button.
Waiting receiver confirmation.
Responsible user can only validate.
Waiting Receiver filter.
