Fuel Management Features in Our Rental Fleet Management System: The fuel management features in our rental fleet management system provide users with convenient options for registering fuel-related information. Users can utilize these features either within the fleet master or during the rental contract process. During vehicle registration or rental contract creation, users have the option to input details such as fuel liters and amounts. They can also attach receipts to accurately track fuel consumption. This capability enables precise monitoring of fuel levels and expenses, allowing for efficient fleet management. Moreover, by recording fuel consumption history, users can access comprehensive data on past fuel usage, expenses, and trends.
Toll Entry and Management in Our Rental Fleet System: In addition to our comprehensive fuel management features, our rental fleet management system includes toll entry capabilities to further streamline operations and enhance user experience. Users have the flexibility to record toll expenses separately or within the rental management process. This can be done by specifying details such as kilometers traveled and the amount paid for tolls in each rental contract record, either individually or collectively. By maintaining a detailed toll history, users can efficiently track toll expenses associated with each rental contract.
Effective Fleet Registration Management in Our System: In our fleet management system, we offer comprehensive registration management features to streamline operations and ensure compliance. Users can input and track various registrations, including Vehicle Registration, Fitness Certificate (FC), Pollution Certificate, Tamil Nadu state permits, National Permits, and their respective expiry details, within the fleet master module. By maintaining up-to-date registration information, our system helps users anticipate and address expiration issues before they arise during the rental contract process.

Enhanced Fuel and Toll Management Features in Our Rental Fleet System
In our rental fleet management system, users have the option to add fuel entries through a dedicated button, which triggers the recording process. Additionally, toll entries can be added multiple times within the rental fleet contract system. This functionality allows for comprehensive tracking and management of both fuel consumption and toll expenses throughout the rental period.
Efficient Fuel Entry and Display in Rental Fleet Contracts
Upon triggering the "Add Fuel" button from the Rental Fleet Contract screen, our system will display a popup window. This window allows users to input details such as the amount of fuel in liters and the corresponding expenditure. Additionally, users can attach receipts for documentation purposes. As a result of this process, the specific contract will dynamically display the fuel percentage directly on the screen. This feature enhances visibility and facilitates efficient monitoring of fuel usage within individual rental contracts.
Fuel Management Across Fleet Master and Contracts
In our rental fleet management system, we've incorporated an "Add Fuel" button within the fleet master interface, offering users the convenience of recording fuel data directly from this central hub. This functionality enables users to monitor the current fuel capacity and percentage of each specific vehicle in real-time. Additionally, the system maintains a comprehensive fuel history within each vehicle master, allowing users to track total fuel amounts and consumption expenses over time. This integrated approach enhances efficiency and facilitates effective fuel management across the entire fleet.
Toll Entry Feature for Rental Fleet Contracts
Add a Toll Entry feature to the rental fleet contract screen or provide a separate section for adding toll expenses. This feature should allow users to input toll occurrences multiple times, specifying details such as total kilometers driven, amount paid, and tracking it as an expense.
Vehicle Registration and Expiry Tracking
In the Fleet Master module, each vehicle will include fields to record and track registration details such as FC (Fitness Certificate), Pollution Certificate, Insurance Registry, National Permit, and Tamil Nadu Permit Registration. Additionally, expiry dates for each of these registrations will be captured to facilitate efficient tracking and management.
Fuel History Report
The Fuel History report pop-up window will include options for selecting a date range along with specific vehicles and drivers for generating a PDF report. Additionally, there will be an option to generate a report for all vehicle information if no specific vehicle or driver is selected. This enhancement provides flexibility and customization for generating fuel history reports.
Toll Entry Report in PDF
The Toll Entry pop-up window will feature options for selecting a date range and specific vehicles to generate toll entry tracking in PDF format. This enhancement streamlines toll expense tracking by providing customizable options for generating reports.
Rental Vehicle Trip Report in PDF
The Rental Vehicle Trip popup window will offer users the ability to select a date range to generate monthly trip counts for each vehicle. Additionally, the option to compile the total trip counts for all vehicles per month into a PDF report will be provided. This enhancement facilitates comprehensive tracking of vehicle usage and trip statistics for efficient management.
Vehicle Registration Report in PDF
The Vehicle Registration pop-up window will offer users the option to select a specific vehicle or utilize a "Select All" checkbox to generate comprehensive registration information for all vehicles in PDF reports. This enhancement provides flexibility in generating reports tailored to specific vehicles or encompassing all vehicles for efficient management and tracking of registration details.
