ManyChat Integration: Subscriber Sync between Odoo and ManyChat
This module connects your Odoo contacts to ManyChat, allowing you to export customers, check their subscription status, and manage subscribers automatically and securely.
Key Features
- Automatic Export: Sync Odoo contacts to ManyChat with one click.
- Subscriber Status Check: Verify active/inactive status directly from the partner form.
- Centralized Configuration: Set API Key and import permissions in Company settings.
Module Configuration
Set API Key & Permissions
Go to Settings -> Companies and fill in:
- ManyChat API Key
- Allow Phone/Email Import
Partner Actions
On the customer form you will now see two new buttons:
- Export to ManyChat: Send or update the contact in ManyChat.
- Check ManyChat Status: Verify if the subscriber is active or inactive.
