Shows the top-level "Idea Management" menu with submenus: "Idea Creation" and "Idea".
Displays form view to create and assign an idea category with a responsible manager.
Shows the idea creation form with fields like subject, category, description, and members.
After idea creation, click the "Request for Confirmation" button to move the idea to pending state.
Email notification sent to the manager when an idea is requested for confirmation.
Manager clicks "Approve" button to accept and finalize the idea.
Email notification sent to the idea creator confirming the idea has been approved.
If not approved, manager clicks the "Cancel" button to reject the idea.
Cancellation wizard opens for the manager to enter the reason for rejecting the idea.
Email sent to the idea creator with the reason for cancellation.
Once approved, a task is automatically generated in the Project module linked to the idea.
