Odoo Dropbox Connector
Odoo is an Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system which includes CRM, Inventory, Warehouse etc. Dropbox is a file hosting service operated by the American company Dropbox, Inc., that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud and client software. Odoo integration with Dropbox makes it easy to sync the documents and files both ways with customize CronJob Settings options.

Installation
- Download odoo_dropbox_integration module and place into addons directory
- Restart Odoo server / service
- Open setting, activate Developer Mode
- Go to Apps
- Update Apps List from top menu
- Search for Dropbox and install it
- Happy to use Dropbox
How Its Work
- Login to Dropbox Account
- Go to Developer Console
- Create an application
- Open application
- Scroll down, generate Access Token
- Collect this credential value for Dropbox Connector
- Go to menu and select Dropbox
- Create credential(Support Multiple)
- Activate only one credential
- Folder Path(Optional)
- Access token collected from Dropbox Developer Console
- Activate only one credential
- Folder Path(Optional)
- Customize way to setup CronJob Settings options
- Use any or both operations Import / Export
- Click to Save button for updation information
- Go to Contacts
- Enable Dropbox Sync toggle option which is use for manual and automatic operations
- Click to Dropbox page in any contact
- Select require document files
- Use Import / Export manaul options
