Product Warranty Registration & Warranty Claim Management
Product Warranty and Customer Claim Request Manage Odoo App
Compatible with Odoo Community Edition
This app allows your users to manage product warranty registration and website claim request management and backend claim management as shown in below screenshots.
Main Features:
- Allow your team to configure warranty on product form (Odoo standard).
- The system will create warranty registration automatically when you confirm the sales order and if the system found a warranty configuration on that product.
- The system will set warranty registrations or warranty cards on contracts related to that sales order as shown.
- Allow your customers to claim requests directly from your website portal.
- Allow your customers to view all warranties on the website portal.
- System allows you to do management of claim or ticket in backend by support/claim management team.
- It also allows your user to print warranty cards and send them to your customer as shown.
- Also, allow you to create warranty registration manually too in case you want to create manual registration of product warranty.
- It provides management of claim requests as shown below screenshots features.
