Create an account in Zendesk
https://www.zendesk.com/in/login/
From your account go to Admin Center
From Admin Center go to Apps and integrations and select Zendesk API
From Zendesk API activate password access and Token access
Company domain
Give the credentials and enable connection
Create a zendesk ticket by clicking the button
Can see the ticket in Zendesk
After creating the ticket in Zendesk we can see the Id of that ticket corresponding in the Zendesk
Can update a ticket, simply by clicking UPDATE button
Can see the Updated ticket in the Zendesk
By clicking on the button 'Delete From Zendesk' can easily delete that ticket from the Zendesk
Can see that ticket is deleted
To import/export tickets, click on the menu 'Import/Export Tickets'
Can see a wizard will open and in that you can provide two dates, between in which we want to import/export tickets
Can see the exported two tickets
To import the tickets
Can see all the imported tickets
