Control your Faire data in Odoo 16 with our app which directly connects with the Faire Wholesale API V2, allowing you to automatically sync orders, customers and products between both platforms. Instead of manually copying order details or worrying about duplicates, the module fetches Faire orders into Odoo using batch processing and date-based filtering. It intelligently matches customers using exact logic (Faire ID or phone) and fuzzy matching with 90%+ accuracy when needed. New customers are automatically created when no match is found. Products are matched using Faire Variant ID or SKU, with full support for variants and automatic price updates. Built with pagination, duplicate detection and configurable batch limits, this module ensures your Odoo database stays clean, accurate and aligned with your Faire account. Prerequisites
- Odoo 16 Community or Enterprise
- Python 3.8+ with
requestsandrapidfuzz - Active Faire Brand account with API token
Installation Steps
- Place the module in your Odoo addons directory
- Install dependencies:
pip install requests rapidfuzz - Restart the Odoo service
- Update Apps list and install Faire Integration
API Setup
- Navigate to Settings → Companies
- Open the Faire Configuration tab
- Enter your API Token from the Faire Brand Portal
- Set Batch Limit (10–50, default: 50)
- Optional: Set Sync From Date
- Click "Test Connection" to verify
Troubleshooting

Importing Orders
