Configure User : Click on Settings => User => Support Manager
In Product Module set "can be warranty" check for product warranty. Product type must be Storable Product for product warranty setup. After that "Can be warranty" field visible.
When you checked "can be Warranty" field then you will able to see Serial Number
Click on Lot / Serial Number button to Create or Modify Serial Number
Search "Can be warranty" in search view, you will get list of warranty products
Create customer name, serial number, customer email, warranty period
(start date and end date) with product, Lot / serial number.
Create Support Ticket for Product Warranty
