Project Settings In Kanban

Go to Project -> Settings -> We can See Project Form View

Enable Progress Bar

By enabling Progress bar in project form view , We can see the project status as progress bar

Navigate To Task Stages

Go to Configuration -> Task Stages -> We can See Task Stages Here

Enable Progress Bar

Enabling Progress Bar here and can set the status percentage based on the stage

Progress in Project Kanban View

We can see the Project progress by calculating the total stages in Kanban View

Progress In Project Tree View

Also we can see the progress bar in project tree view

Progress In Project Form View

The Progress is Visible in the project form also

Here we can see the progress bar status in task kanban with the given percentage in each stage

Priority Rules

During the configuration of the 'Progress (%)', ensure to verify the stage priority. It's important to note that you cannot assign a higher percentage to a stage if it has a higher priority compared to another stage with lower priority and a lower percentage . Attempting to do so will result in a user error.
