Partner Access Control Advance
Simple and flexible partner access rules definition
By default, Odoo has no restrictions own accessing partners. Each internal user can have access to all partners without any restrictions. This module adds access control functionality to partners and it is powerful and simple to be configured.

Simple access control to Partners
Introduce Universal access control by using Access Tags. If an user and a partner have the same tag, then the user can see that partner.
Powerful access control to Partners
- An user can have multiple Access Tags. A Partner can have multiple Partner Access Tags. Therefore you can make powerful access control by adding Tags to Users and Partners.
- If a partner does not have any Access Tags, this partner will be accessible to all Users.
Configuration
Create new Partner Access tag
Go to Contacts -> Configuration -> Tags. Create a new Access tag.
Add Access Tags to partner
For any Partners that need access control, add the Access Tags in the partner form. One partner can have multiple Access Tags
If a partner does not have any tags, all internal users can access to this partner.
Add Access Tag to User
Add the Partner Access Tag to User form then the user will have access to all partners that contain at least one of these Access Tags.
In the case that an User has the Checkbox Access to All Partners, the user will see all Partners and there is no limitation own partner tags.
