Sales Target And Achievement Calculation For Salesperson And CRM Sales Team

Overview

This module is customized to set sales team target according to the needed time span and calculate the achievement of the sales against the target. By considering the business terms and roles, Manager can set the target for the individual Salesperson for the needed period of time span. There can be various kinds of needs where these target and achievement can be analysed based on the business needs of a company. The required functionality can be customized very easily with this module's structure.

Set the Access group needed for the User.

The Manager can be set to allow all operations by selecting the 'Sales Target Admin'.

Menu to set the Sales Target

From CRM -> Sales Target -> User Target Achieved Details, we can set the Sales Target for individual Salesperson

Target Details

We can choose the Salesperson from the 'Salesperson' field and as a result, their Team name will be automatically populated in the 'Sales Team' field. Additionally, the users can specify the Target Amount in the 'Salesperson Target' and select a Time Span.

Computing the Achievement Value

We can get the Achieved Sales Amount for both the Salesperson and the Sales Team separately.

The Sales Team Achieved Amount can be viewed from the menu
Sales Target -> Target Vs Achievement Team

Target for Sales Team

We can see the Team Target calculated automatically from the individual Salesperson Target who are in the same Team.

Target and Achievement Report based on the individual Target details

Various kinds of reports can be viewed based on the Target Amount of each Team and Salesperson
