Go to the POS settings and enable "POS Service Management".
Pre-define notes menu and tree view.
On the POS screen, There are three buttons click on 'Service' then after this popup will display, where you can add notes or select pre-defined notes.
Service note added on selected products.
Click on 'Check In', and you can add a service note for that order or you can select a pre-defined note.
Also, you can display that note on receipts by checking on 'Display Note In Receipts?'.
After clicking 'Save and Print' you can see all check-in notes and service notes on check-in receipts.
In the backend, in the 'Service Orders' menu list view and form view, where you can see the all details of that order and status as well.
In the 'Notes' tab you can see the service note is added while the customer checks in.
Click on the 'Check Out' button from the POS screen, you can see this window, where you can see all check-in orders in the order list.
Here you can search orders by order number and customer name, and also find orders by date.
Select an order and you can see all product details.
Click the 'Check-Out' button.
You can see the check-out order on the POS order screen which is selected from the check-out window and click on the payment button.
Select the payment method and validate.
In the backend, you can see in 'Service Orders', that the order status is 'Check Out'.
