Is this module support manual quantity on primary quantity not change secondary quantity?

Hi there, 
Is this module support manual quantity on primary quantity not change secondary quantity?
For example, in primary UOM is unit and secondary UOM is dozen. Normally if we put primary quantity 24 units then the secondary quantity will be 2 dozens. But is there any way that we put primary quantity 22 units than the secondary quantity still remaining 2 dozens. That means first time it set the 24 units for 2 dozen and after that if we change the primary quantity then no effect on secondary quantity. There may be show a warning message but we can ignore the warning and can set 22 units for 2 dozens. Is it possible?
