Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
If you purchase our app for Odoo Version 12 and prior, we will provide you access to all the versions up to 12 depending on their availability. No, you cannot export the products from Odoo to ShipStation.
Yes, with this connector you can get the Shipping Labels and Tracking Link from ShipStation to Odoo directly.
Is it necessary to synchronize the products from ShipStation to Odoo before using shipping services?
Yes, you need to sync the products from ShipStation to Odoo before to make the shipping services work seamlessly. If you do not synchronize the products, you cannot Export Orders from Odoo to ShipStation.
Once your label is generated, you cannot modify the delivery address of the recipient. In this case, you need to cancel the whole Sales Order and create the new one.

Good App once setup
I have been using Ship Station App for past 6 months and it works well for sending orders from Odoo to Ship station and returning shipment back to Odoo. This App has a lot of options to configure and Support has been very helpful to get set up as it was difficult for me to configure properly by myself. I would spend the time with support to properly setup.
I would also like to mention that the integration with Ship Station has been very helpful in reducing our workload and improving our shipping process.
