With this app, you can always stay updated with the latest information about the documents (SO, PO, Invoice...) for which you want to receive notifications.
Whenever there is a new message in the chatter section, Odoobot will notify you through a discuss popup.
You can click on the hyperlink to access the document's form view.
Configuration:

User: Own Documents Only: Only see the documents that user wanted to receive automatic notifications.

Administrator: Can see all the documents of all users who wanted to receive automatic notifications.

1. Receive message notification of document just a click
You just need to click 'Notify'. Whenever there's a message in the chatter, Odoobot will automatically send a message to you through the Discuss popup.
When you see 'Notifying' in green, it means that whenever this document has any message in the chatter, Odoobot will automatically send a message to you through the Discuss popup.
You will receive a message from Odoobot as shown below when a document that you want to receive notifications for has a new message.
2. Display all documents for which you want to receive notifications on the tree view.
Go to smart notification list view, you will see all document which you want to receive notifications from Odoobot.
'Using Record Channel': Will use a separate channel for this document. If this option is not selected, notifications will go through the model channel.
'Group Document Message': If at the time, there are multiple documents of the same model with new messages,
Odoobot will group them into one message and notify you through the popup discuss.
3. Automatically notify the salesperson or a group chat when a sales order is confirmed or a sales order from e-commerce is paid.
