Key Features
- Enables Fleet Managers and Accountants to track and record revenue directly associated with vehicles.
- Automatically creates an analytic plan named 'Vehicles' for each company in a multi-company setup, seamlessly integrated with the Fleet Cost & Revenue Accounting Integration.
- Automatically assigns each vehicle to a dedicated analytic account within the 'Vehicles' plan (created automatically if it doesn't already exist), thanks to the seamless integration with the Fleet Cost & Revenue Accounting Integration.
- Supports revenue distribution across multiple vehicles on customer invoice lines or sales receipt lines (if the Sales Receipt feature is activated) using analytic accounts.
- Allows the generation of Customer Invoices directly from vehicle revenues.
- Provides the ability to create Sales Receipts from vehicle revenues (if the Sales Receipt feature is activated).
- Tracks detailed revenue and expenses for each vehicle through analytic items, enabling comprehensive financial tracking.
- Facilitates vehicle-level revenue recognition using analytic items.
Notes
- Full accounting features must be activated to use this module. If you're using the Odoo Community Edition, consider exploring modules on the Odoo Apps Store that enable accounting features.
- The Analytic Accounting feature must be enabled, as this module depends on it.
- To use the Purchase Receipt feature for generating and linking records, the Purchase Receipt functionality must be enabled in the system.
