What it does

  • OKR (Objectives & Key Results) is a goal-setting framework for defining and linking objectives of the enterprise, departments and employees to specific key outcomes;
  • OKRs help enterprises focus on the most important goals, combine all resources to achieve that goal. OKR also helps each individual understand their contribution to the common goal and measure all activities;
  • This application helps you focus on your objectives and measure them by key results.

Key Features

  1. OKR Definitions

    • Define company departments' objectives which are also key results of the company's objectives;
    • Define employee's objectives which are also key results of the departments' objectives.
  2. Measure objective achievement automatically from its key result's points;
  3. Visualize objectives and key results hierarchy with OKR chart;
  4. Ready for other applications to extend (e.g. Projects, Timesheet, Gamification, etc).

Set up OKRs using the genealogical structure

At the beginning of the year/quarter, your company sets an objective for the whole company. To determine the success or failure of this objective, the company plans to achieve the B, C, and D key results and assigns them to the departments.

For the departments, after they are assigned, B, C, D become their objective. From here, departments begin to strategize with key results B1, C1, D1 to achieve the assigned objective.

Similarly for the employee, when they are assigned tasks, the B1, C1, and D1 will become their personal objective.

Set up Objective

Navigate to OKR > OKR Node > Create to set up the objective.
