Product Configuration.
After the installation of Add Bulk Products in SaleOrder module
Navigate to the Products menu. You can either open an existing product
or create a new one.
In the product form, you'll find a section labeled Bulk Order.
In the Bulk Order section, enter a unique name or number in model name for the product. This
name or number will allow you to easily search and select the product when
adding bulk products to your sales order.
Sale Order.
Once you have configured a product with model name
Navigate to the Sales Orders, Open an existing sales order or create a new one.
In the sales order form, you will see the Add Bulk Products button displayed.
Add Bulk Products.
Once you click on Add Bulk Products button, You will be redirected to this interface, where you can view the Sales Order Reference Number at the top. This allows you to easily identify and manage products being added in bulk to the specific sales order.
Added Product.
In the Model Name selection, enter the product model name that you
have write in the product. Once you select the
product, all its details will be displayed, including the product
photo, name, variants, available quantity, and price.
You can then specify the quantity you wish to order. After entering
the quantity, the Total Quantity, Sales Price, and Total will
automatically update based on the entered quantity and product
price.
In that you will see Add to Cart and Delete options. By clicking Add
to Cart, the specific product will be added to the sales order.
If you have added multiple products, you can directly add them
all by clicking the Add to Sale Order button.

You can now see that the product has been successfully added to the sales order.

Yes, the system provides real-time stock updates for each product variant as you add them to the Sale Order, ensuring you have accurate information on availability.
Yes, you can customize the quantities for each product variant individually within the wizard. The Total Quantity, Sale Price and Total will be automatically updated based on the quantities you input.
If a product variant is out of stock, the system will display this information clearly in the wizard, and your not able to make order of that product variant to the Sale Order.
