This module extends the default Odoo Calendar Meetings to add full native support for Meeting Minutes and Minutes of Meeting management. Now you can directly save meeting notes, decisions, outcomes and assign trackable action items directly inside the same calendar meeting record. Everything stays together in one place, all attendees automatically get a copy of the meeting minutes, and assigned action items appear directly in the responsible user's activities. 100% native integration, no external tools, no third party services required.

Not at all. This module only adds extra additional tabs and fields. All original default calendar functionality remains completely unchanged.

Yes 100%. Assigned action items are created as standard native Odoo activities, they will appear everywhere including the dashboard, todo list and top bar activities menu.

Only the meeting organizer and administrator can edit minutes. All other attendees automatically get read only access.

Fully tested and supported for Odoo 16, 17 and 18.
