Video guide: Appointment to Opportunity
1. Activate the feature
When creating an opportunity from an appointment, you need to activate the Appointment to Opportunity feature in the Settings section. Then, on the Appointment type interface, you check the Create Opportunity option.
For more configuration details, you can refer to Integrate Appointments with CRM.
2. Create an opportunity from an appointment
Customers access the Appointment menu outside the Website and make an appointment with an employee. Refer to: Customers book consultation appointments from the website.
The customer service employee checks the appointment in the system. At this point, the software will automatically create an opportunity for the appointment. Click on the Opportunities field at the top left to switch to the opportunity interface.
