Instruction
Instruction video: View and use Gantt view
Gantt view is a powerful management tool that helps you plan and track project progress, especially for projects with strict deadlines.
1. Manage task progress with Gantt view
Gantt view helps you manage project progress by:
- Visualizing the start and end date of the project and its tasks;
- Show the current stage and the finished percentage of each task.
To access the Gantt view interface, click on the Gantt chart icon on the Project interface.
Gantt view can also be used on lists of Epic, User Story or Task. To access Gantt view, first, you need to access the Project app, then navigate to the respective list of Epic, User Story or Task. After that, click on the Gantt chart icon to switch to the Gantt view interface.
2. Change the start date or end date or adjust the duration
Easily change the start/end dates or adjust the duration of Epics, User Stories, or tasks to fit project milestones by dragging and dropping.
3. Show dependencies between the tasks
An Epic, User Story, or task can depend on other Epics, User Stories, or tasks. Gantt view displays the dependent tasks for each Epic, User Story, or task if there are any.
