Overview

The Hotel Reservation module offers comprehensive features for managing hotel bookings efficiently. This module allows you to manage hotel booking. This module is only for a backend for website you need to purchase another module.

Manage Hotel Booking
This module allows you to manage hotel booking.

Configuration

  • After installing our module, you can access to a new "Hotel Reservation" menu that allows them to manage all aspects of their hotel reservations in one place.
  • When you click on "Hotel Reservation" menu it will redirect you to "Hotels" list view.
  • For add "Hotel Type" go to -> Configuration -> Hotel Type.
  • For add "Hotel Amenities" go to -> Configuration -> Hotel Amenities.
  • For create "Pricelists" go to -> Confiuration -> Pricelists.
  • The form view inside a hotel reservation allows you to add and manage all the information related to the hotel.
  • The "Rooms" inside a hotels allows you to add the rooms.
  • The "hotel Images" inside a hotels allows you to add hotel images.
  • The "About" inside a hotels allows you to add content about hotel.
  • The "Locations" inside a hotels allows you to add locations of hotel.
  • The "Facilities" inside a hotels allows you to add the facilities which you are providing.
  • The "Policy" inside a hotels allows you to add your hotel policy.
  • For add "Room Amenities" go to -> Configuration -> Room Amenities.
  • For creating the rooms go to -> Hotel Details -> Rooms.
  • The form view inside a rooms allows you to add price, room capacity, room type, amenities and room images.
  • The list view inside a rooms you will able to view rooms information.
  • For creating any booking go to -> Hotel Booking -> Booking.
  • The form view inside a hotel booking allows you to set customer, hotel, check in date, check out date, pricelist, no of people.
  • The booking lines inside a booking allows you to select room and set price for the room.
  • When you create the booking it is in draft state.
  • Clicking on the "Reserved" button it will change state "Draft" to "Reserved".
  • Upon entering the "Reserved" state, you will have access to the "Create Invoice" button.
  • Clicking on the "Create Invoice" button will generate an invoice for the corresponding booking.
  • After the invoice has been paid, the hotel booking status will be updated from "Reserved" to "Booked".
