Overview
Hotel Reservation functionality provides a structured way to manage hotels, rooms, bookings, and related configurations. it allows users to create and organize hotel details, room information, and booking records, while also managing room types, amenities, and hotel categories for better organization and efficiency.
This module is only for a backend for website you need to purchase another our "Website Hotel Reservation" module.
Features
Create and manage multiple hotels under one company.
All hotel, room, and booking information is stored centrally, making it easy to access and manage.
Enables easy management of customer bookings by linking customer details with selected hotels, room types, and stay dates.
Configuration
- After installing the module, a new "Hotel Reservation" menu will be added.
- After clicking Hotel Reservation, three menus will appear: Hotel Details, Hotel Booking, and Configuration.
- Click hotel details, it will display hotels and rooms. click hotels to view the list of available hotels.
- Create new hotels, it will show details such as hotel name, hotel owner, address, active status, company, hotel type, amenities (e.g., garden, swimming pool), email,phone and etc.
- Click hotel details, it will display hotels and rooms. click rooms to view the list of available rooms.
- Click rooms and select create new room, you can enter details like room name, is published, price, hotel name, number of adults and children, room type, amenities, sales tax, and upload room images. all details are saved for displaying and managing rooms.
- Click room types to view the list of available room types.
- Click room types and select create new to add a new room type. enter details like room type name, number of adults, children, select the hotel, and provide a brief description. these details help define and manage room categories.
- Click room amenities to view the list of available room amenities.
- Click room amenities and select create new to add a new amenity. enter the amenity name and choose an appropriate icon to represent it. these details help identify room features clearly.
- Click hotel type to view the list of available hotel types.
- Click hotel type and select create new. enter the hotel type name and save it.
- Click hotel amenities to view the list of available amenities for hotels.
- Click hotel amenities and select create new to add a new amenity. enter the amenity name and choose an appropriate icon to represent it, then save the details.
- Click hotel booking, it will display booking. Click booking to view the list of available bookings.
- Click booking and select create new booking to enter details like customer name, hotel, company, check-in, check-out, number of adults and children, payment terms, booking lines, and service lines. Booking details are linked with customer details for easy display and management.
- The system allows one company to create and manage multiple hotels. each hotel is linked to the company's profile, making it easier to manage operations across several properties. the company can customize hotel details, handle bookings, and generate reports for all its hotels efficiently.
