Purchase/Sales Order Flow
Overview
Introducing ZestyBeanz's Purchase/Sales order flow module is an Odoo add-on designed to streamline your order management process. With an intuitive interface, this module allows users to efficiently control purchase orders and sales deliveries. Instead of automatic GRN generation upon confirmation, users can simply click the "Process Shipment" or "Process Delivery" buttons to manage shipments with ease. Enjoy enhanced oversight and flexibility as you navigate your order workflows seamlessly.
Key Features
Order Confirmation: Once a purchase order or sales order is confirmed, the system prevents automatic GRN generation, allowing for better workflow management.
Process Shipment/Delivery: Users can initiate the creation of GRNs by clicking the "Process Shipment" or "Process Delivery" buttons, providing flexibility in handling shipments.
After Installing the module
1.Purchase Orders
Navigate to Purchase > Orders.
Create a new RFQ and confirm.
After confirming the RFQ, a new button 'Process Shipment' will be enabled.
While clicking the button, Generates its GRN.
2.Sale Orders
Navigate to Sales > Orders.
Create a new Quotation and confirm.
After confirming the Quotation, a new button 'Process Delivery' will be enabled.
While clicking the button, Generates its Delivery Order.
