Account Budget Limit Alert
This Application Enables You to Issue Warnings and Alerts When Purchase Orders Exceed the Budget.
Key Highlights
Raise alert if purchase amount exceed budget and the alert type is Stop/ Restrict.
Shows warning if purchase amount exceed budget and the alert type is Warning Message.
Enable Analytic Accounting group for the login user.
Navigate to Budgets under Accounting in Accounting module.
Choose the Alert type as Warning Message in budget line.
Generate a bill with an order line surpassing the budget, selecting the relevant Analytic Distribution. Despite a warning, confirmation of the move is still possible.
Choose the Alert type as Stop/ Restrict in budget line.
Generate a bill for an order line exceeding the budget, selecting the appropriate Analytic Distribution. A warning will appear, and confirmation of the move will not be possible.

Popup alerts are triggered when the alert type is set to Stop/Restrict. These alerts prevent the confirmation of account moves.

When alert type is Warn Message, only popup message generated for scheduled budget.

No alert is generated when the alert type is set to Ignore.
