How it Works
Auto Payment Matching in Odoo automatically links payments to the correct invoices or bills, saving time and ensuring accurate reconciliation. Based on the selected customer or vendor, all related unpaid invoices and bills will be displayed in the Opening Invoice/Bill table. When the user selects the Paid checkbox, only those lines will be
considered and linked with the current payment, and the total amount will update accordingly. The "1 Invoice" button, indicating that this payment is associated with one specific customer invoice, which can be viewed by clicking the button. The journal entry details for the payment, including the amount of ₹283,200.00, reference number, payment date, journal type, and branch, along with options to unreconcile or view the entry.
