Installation instruction This module is to get a far better view about your project. For your total project control, it includes daily report and overview to detailed thing..
You can make choice about the date and find what happen in the date like purchase and HR cost.
In the bottom, it is the overview about the project status. For contract, you can find the contract total, payment, you can find the total paid yet, and in the cost part, you will find HR cost, overhead, purchase material cost, please check the details.
Open the left side project and click 3 points
Then you click the settings on the pop up page, with view and reporting, then you will see the page.
The first step for the project management, you need to make the tabs filled, The project status analysis for detailed information. There are tabs below.
Firstly, and we see the contract amount, it can be multiple contracts as additional change.

Now we check the project related HR timesheets. Yes, In ERP it is called timesheets.
If we click the hide for a person in that day (as people can be in different project), it is disappeared, but you can click the pink button Show Hidden Timesheet, it will show up as grey. But the total cost number is not changed until you do not see the grey line.
But anyway, you may need click another button, Show Correct Timesheets to get the correct total number. Remember these, because we will see the show hide buttons all the way.
Here is the overhead, we make overhead as management team cost, it is too single, we can do better by you or me, current we just use:
total of management team cost / total project = overhead
Add purchase material, it is not happening everyday, but you can see all project related cost, even one purchase for several projects.As we have finished OCR Scan for homedepot, we have the example of scan receipt of Home Depot, then directly in to purchase order.Here is the results.
Rental is the same, if you do not have simple rental to your employees, but have a hourly rental, or a time important rental, it is a business, it can be in my another module.

it is possible to select another day, for example, you want to make a report, for all project that day, just adjust that day, then make the report, do not need print a 365 pages report for a year, if you use EXCEL. just all in one. Below is the example for 9/24/2024, and you can see all project if they are in progress, the average profit rate for the foreman as well as current/finish project and payment average rate for project, as so on for totals.
