Odoo 17 POS Audit Report (Community)

This module allow user to see products quantity based on the session wise and location wise which is sold from point of sale.

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

Features

  • Pos Audit Report is configurable so user can enable or disable this feature.
  • User can print audit report based on particular session or location.
  • User can see all active pos sessions so it is easy to print report from one place.
  • Audit report print data based on sales from point of sale.
  • User can generate PDF report and Thermal report.
  • In audit report you can check products sold quantity as well as available qty.

How to use

  • For use audit report just go to point of sale configuration and make enable "Audit Report".


  • After start pos session you can see one button on pos screen like "Audit Report".


  • Once you click on "Audit Report" you can see list of pos session which is currently running.


  • Here is a printout of the pos session report.


  • The session report can be downloaded here as a PDF.


  • Once you click on "Location" tab then you can see list of locations.
  • Also you can see pos thermal print button and pdf print button.
  • Once you click on thermal button report will be printed on network printer or POSBOX Printer.


  • Here is a printout of the stock location report.


  • The location report can be downloaded here as a PDF.
