Odoo 18 POS Audit Report (Community)

This module allow user to see products quantity based on the session wise and location wise which is sold from point of sale.

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

Features

  • Pos Audit Report is configurable so user can enable or disable this feature.
  • User can print audit report based on particular session or location.
  • User can see all active pos sessions so it is easy to print report from one place.
  • Audit report print data based on sales from point of sale.
  • User can generate PDF report and Thermal report.
  • In audit report you can check products sold quantity as well as available qty.

How to use

  • To use audit report feature, go to Point of Sale > Configuration and enable "Print Audit Report".


  • After starting a POS session, a button labeled 'Audit Report' will be visible on the POS screen.


  • Once you click on the 'Audit Report' button, a list of currently running POS sessions will be displayed, allowing you to view details of all active sessions.


  • Below is the printout of the POS session report, detailing the relevant session information.


  • The session report is available for download as a PDF file as well.


  • Once you click on the 'Location' tab, a list of available locations will be displayed.
  • You will also see options for POS thermal printing and PDF printing.
  • When you click the thermal print button, the report will be printed on either a network printer or a POSBOX printer.


  • Below is the printout of the location report, detailing the relevant location information.


  • The location report is available for download as a PDF file as well.
