Overview
Stock Movement Report
The Stock Movement Report Module helps you track how products move in and out of your
warehouse over a selected time period.
It is built in Odoo and makes it easy to filter stock movements by date,
product, category, warehouse, or company.
You can quickly download the report in Excel format for checking, sharing, or
record-keeping.
The screen is simple and user-friendly, so anyone can use it to get the required stock data
with just a few clicks.

Configuration
To use the Stock Movement Report Module, follow these configuration steps:
Go to Inventory Module → Reporting → Stock Movement Report
Set Filters
Use the available filters to customize your report:
Report to Date – Check this to include all transactions up to the selected
date.
Start Date / End Date – Select the date range for which you want to view
stock movement.
Products / Product Categories – Choose specific products or categories to
include in the
report.
Warehouses / Companies – Select the warehouse or company to filter the report
accordingly.
Once filters are applied, click the Download Report button to get the data in Excel
format.
Select 'Report to Date' and 'Inventory Movements Until Date', along with other filters as needed.
Once filters are applied, click the Download Report button to get the data in Excel format.
If no records are found for the selected date, the system will display a validation error: 'No records were found for the given criteria’.
Here is the downloaded report in Excel format.
