Merge Purchase Orders
Individual purchase quotations can be set to automatically delete or cancel once a merged quotation is created.
Key fields, such as payment terms and scheduled dates, can also be modified in the new merged quotation.
You have the flexibility to create a new quotation entirely or merge additional quotations into an existing one.
The original purchase quotations can be configured to be automatically removed or canceled after the merge.

Validation/Warnings
Vendors from the selected Purchase Order should be the same otherwise you will get a warning window displayed on your screen ‘Partners must be the same in both Purchase Orders’.
You must select at least two purchase orders to merge, otherwise you will get a warning window displayed on your screen ‘You must select at least two purchase orders to merge.’
Configurations
To Merge Purchase orders, select multiple orders in the RFQ or RFQ Sent stage, then go to the 'Action' tab and choose the Merge Purchase Order option.
When you click on the 'Merge Purchase Orders' you will be asked to choose from four different options before merging the orders.
- Create new order by merging orders and cancel the selected orders.
- Create new order by merging orders and deleting the selected orders.
- Select existing order and add other orders to the existing order and cancel others.
- Select existing order and add other orders to the existing order and delete others.
If you select the first option, 'Create a new order by merging orders and cancel the selected orders,' clicking the Merge button will create a new order while canceling the selected orders.
If you select the second option, 'Create new order by merging orders and deleting the selected orders', clicking on the Merge button will create a new order while deleting the selected orders.
If you select the third option, 'Select existing order and add other orders to the existing order and cancel others', You can select an existing order to which you want to add the other selected orders. After clicking the Merge button, the selected orders will be merged with the existing order, and the remaining selected orders will be canceled.
If you select the fourth option, 'Select existing order and add other orders to the existing order and delete others', You can select an existing order to which you want to add the other selected orders. After clicking the Merge button, the selected orders will be merged with the existing order, and the remaining selected orders will be deleted.
